Turkmenistan and the European Union Discuss Cooperation Development

Turkmenistan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov held a meeting with the European Union Ambassador to Ashgabat, Beata Peksa. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for further development of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the EU in political, economic, and humanitarian spheres.
Particular attention was paid to preparations for upcoming high-level visits. The sides also exchanged views on a number of regional and international agenda items.
The diplomats discussed the implementation of current and potential joint projects in the fields of advanced technologies, transport, economy, energy, environmental protection, and vocational education.
