Yesterday, an exhibition organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Romania opened at the National Museum of Romanian Peasant Art in Bucharest, as reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The exhibition, titled "Turkmenistan: 35 Years of Independence – A Celebration of Heritage and Culture," showcased examples of national decorative and applied arts, carpet products, traditional costumes and jewelry, photographic materials, as well as publications dedicated to the country's achievements. The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps, government institutions, academic and cultural circles, the business community, Turkmen students, and media representatives. Participants noted the significance of Turkmenistan's policy aimed at preserving national cultural heritage, developing international humanitarian cooperation, and strengthening intercultural dialogue.
