Mr. Li Lixia currently serves as General Manager of the CIS Region at Sinotruk International Co., Ltd., with overall responsibility for the company’s market development, channel construction, and after-sales service system development in the CIS countries, including Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and others.As a senior executive in the international operations of China’s commercial vehicle sector, Mr. Li has more than twenty years of industry experience in heavy-duty trucks and engineering vehicles. He has long focused on research into the policy environment, customer demands, and industrial characteristics of the CIS market, giving him an in-depth understanding of the region and extensive hands-on experience.Under his leadership, Sinotruk’s business scale in the CIS region has continued to grow, with products and services now covering multiple countries in the area. A relatively complete sales network, parts warehousing system, and after-sales technical support platform have been established. In particular, in Turkmenistan and surrounding markets, Mr. Li has actively promoted localized cooperation and adaptive product development, effectively enhancing both product competitiveness and customer satisfaction.Mr. Li is well-versed in international business negotiations, cross-cultural team management, and large-scale project operations. He has led several important cooperation projects with governments and enterprises in CIS countries, making a positive contribution to promoting practical collaboration between China and the CIS region in the field of transportation equipment.
