Having previously served as General Director at “Dowletli Dowran,” Gadam has a proven track record of overseeing complex production processes and leading major company initiatives from inception to completion. He holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology and is a multilingual professional fluent in Turkmen, English, Russian, Turkish, and Chinese.
