Vice President of the "China Information Communications Technology Group" (CICT) of the People's Republic of China.
Mr. Zeng Jun is a Senior Engineer and leading expert in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). He currently serves as Deputy General Manager of CICT, a major state-owned enterprise under China's State Council. With a professional background in digital infrastructure, optical communications, and next-generation networks, Mr. Zeng Jun oversees CICT’s international strategy and global partnerships. He previously held top leadership roles at FiberHome Telecommunication Technologies, including Chairman and President. Mr. Zeng Jun is dedicated to advancing global ICT cooperation and implementing large-scale technological infrastructure projects.
